Automatic Generation of Curvilinear Grid for Finite Difference Method with Many Inner Objects

In this paper the partial differential equation of coordinate transformation is computed by the finite difference formulations and some examples were computed and illustrated in pictures.     

Analysis of Structure with Tuned Mass Damper under Earthquake

The analysis of vibration response of structure with TMD is carried out under earthquake ,considering the ground-structure interaction. The varying rule of square difference of displacement of structure with the TMD on or off by changing the first inherent frequency is also presented .It has been proved by comparing and analyzing that a TMDstructure with optimum parameters can efficiently reduce the vibration of structure under strong wind and earthquake,when the main frequency of the ground motion is within the range of TMD vibration reducing frequency.     

Around Body Flow Computation with Vortex-Flow-streamFunction in Boundary Fitted Coordinates

In this paper, partial differential equations of vortex flow-stream function in boundary fitted coordinates and related ADI equations were listed. The flow around a cylinder in quadrilateral area by auto control boundary was computed. The diagram of distribution of speed arrow, constant lines of flow-stream function, vortex, two speed parts and pressure were studied.     

黄淮夏大豆形态性状的遗传研究

本文以黄淮地区6个夏大豆品种(系)通过双列杂交保留下来的F_3代材料,研究大豆6个形态性状的遗传特性.结果表明,株高、有效分枝数、主茎节数、主茎荚丛数和茎粗5个性状均符合加性—显性模型.而底荚高则存在非等位基因之间的互作效应.株高、有效分枝数、主茎节数和主茎荚丛数为部分显性,茎粗存在超显性现象.主茎节数和主茎荚丛数可能有相似的遗传特点.豫豆8号大豆带有较多的控制株高的显性基因,油84-30大豆带有较多的控制分枝和茎粗的显性基因,而尖顶大白角大豆控制主茎节数和美丛数的显性基因较多.

Simulation Propagation of Partial Discharge UHF Signals in Transformer

Many factors affect the propagation of ultra high frequency(UHF) signals caused by partial discharge(PD) on the waveforms and energy of signals in transformer.To investigate the relationshi Pof factors and UHF signals,simulation model of transformer for PD study are established.UHF signals in simulation model of transformer caused by PD are calculated using finite difference time domain method.By means of amplitude and cumulative energy plot of simulation signals,and combing the measured result,the following factors:distance between PD source and detection position,different metallic conductor position around detection position and iron core and winding are researched,which contribute to comprehend the propagation characteristic of UHF signals and detect UHF signals accurately.     

炭疽菌附着胞的研究进展

摘 要：炭疽菌属Colletotrichum Corda 是一类重要的植物病原菌，寄主范围广，对农林生产危害很大。炭疽菌能产生特殊的侵染结构附着胞穿透寄主组织，附着胞的形成对炭疽菌确立侵染非常关键。综述了炭疽菌分生孢子在寄主表面的附着、附着胞的形成、附着胞对环境影响因素的应答和附着胞的穿透。影响炭疽菌附着胞形态发育的因素很多，其中硬质疏水表面在短时间内通常是有利于附着胞的形成。并简要概述了炭疽菌附着胞的基因克隆研究情况。     

谷物冷却机在浅圆仓储粮中的应用研究

通过对浅圆仓内储藏的小麦进行谷物冷却机冷却通风处理，实时检测入仓冷空气的温湿度、粮食温度及含水量的变化，探索谷冷机在浅圆仓中应用的可行性和经济性。结果表明通过谷物冷却通风可迅速有效地降低储粮的温度，并减少粮堆内的温差和水分梯度，提高了储粮的安全性和稳定性。     

小菜蛾对杀螟丹抗性相关序列的代表性差异分析

采用代表性差异分析方法，以小菜峨的敏感品系作为驱赶扩增子，抗杀螟丹近等基因系作为检测扩增子，通过3轮消减杂交得到大小为150—300bp的差异片段，经亚克隆测序并与GenBank等数据库同源比较，发现其中一个亚克隆序列与P450基因有部分同源性，其余亚克隆与已知基因序列的同源性较低，判断这些序列可能是新基因的片段。
